Wonderful venue - pity about the show! As a devotee of the wonderful La Clique, my party of ten girls, of a certain age, took our seats in the fantastic setting of the Ghillie Dhu, bubbly in hand, ready to watch Vive le Cabaret! What a disappointment - Des O'Connor is absolutely the best thing about the show. The grating, toneless songstress from the US, Merill Grant was excruciating, Mr B was professional, but extremely annoying, the 'tease' was definitely missing from the striptease. I can only say, the show does not live up to the venue and I would thoroughly recommend giving it a miss!
