A warm and personable performer, Keara is let down by weak material and a shoestring budget that could never hope to do justice to her theme of Hollywood glitz.

She performs in a range of personalities, and uses her likeable nature to bridge the considerable gaps in comedy with audience banter.

But she, and her cohort Michael J. Blythe, fail to put their obvious acting skills to good use and simply bungle through a multitude of cringingly bad, bargain-basement skits.

The final puppet show showed Murphy struggling to keep the act together and even raised a few laughs, though sadly they seemed to be borne out of sympathy.
