This year, in his fourth solo show at The Stand, Bob "The Gob" Doolally - a retired football manager turned third-rate media pundit - is unveiling his Balls a comedy quiz show with a difference It's the usual brand of sporting anecdotes, filth, slander, abuse and innuendo, mixed with outrageous opinions on football and life in general.

That it works, despite some flimsy material, is because Doolally's close-to-the-bone character is convincingly maintained.
