Kevin Shevlin at the 2009 So You Think You're Funny Final

Note: This review is from 2009

Review by Steve Bennett

Dry-as-dust Kevin Shevlin has his miserable take on being socially awkward, especially when it comes to women, and pondering the inevitability of death. He’s self-deprecating about his own dearth of energy, but this newbie could put a little more life into it, to save his set sounding so drearily dull.

There is a decent proportion of winningly obtuse punchlines in the set, even if he does little to exploit them.
