Fast-talking Rob Alderson brings a lot of energy and charm to his effervescent set. The best of his droll material took a tangential approach to expose how ridiculous sayings such as ‘happy slapping’ and ‘the best thing since sliced bread’ actually are, although other sections were more workaday.He’s a decent enough newer comic, but not yet special enough to really stand out.
