Review by Steve Bennett

What an absolute treat this show is. Four talented actors with superb comic timing, flawless physical comedy and great writing.

This is a true ensemble piece with no egos in the line-up. Each actor gives over to each other, creating a wonderfully fluid piece of comic theatre.

Each sketch is delightfully silly, whether it is the T-Rex nativity play or the excessive use of hot towels by a woman in a restaurant. There are some side-splitting punchlines, many of which are physical gags.

The four performers are tight physical comedians, making the show seem cartoonish at times, especially in some of the facial expressions. Stylized acting seemed to pay homage to slapstick and Carry On films, but with less hamming and more depth to the performances.

Clever physical gags save the odd predictable setup, but the performances were such a joy, I can forgive them the odd bit of unsurprising material.
