Fucking Our Fathers
Note: This review is from 2001
This two-man playlet, with Capurro and Cardone playing angst-ridden gay guys, started with the pair sitting inexplicably in oversized nappies.
They then proceeded to ramble through their past experiences, bitching all the way, while spending a considerable amount of time in the buff and simulating sex.
The only point of this seemed to be to justify the show's provocative title, because the rest of the play was pretty tame, even dull.
Capurro and Cardone told their sporadically mildly amusing story adequately, the latter clearly the better actor of the two and appearing more comfortable in the raw.
But despite evoking the odd salacious titter, a funnier tale can be most likely by heard at any gay bar.
