...and gets Ant & Dec on stage

Jonny Awsum is to appear on tonight's episode of Britain's Got Talent.

The 39-year-old musical comic gets hosts Ant and Dec on stage for a sketch parodying West End musicals.

It is the biggest TV appearance yet for the comedian, who got into stand-up after spending eight years working at the London bar which hosted the Chuckle Club.

But he has done warm-up on shows including Big Brother and Loose Women, and appeared in adverts, including this one for Cravendale in 2012:

And here he is being introduced by Arthur Smith at Chortle's Fast Fringe in 2015, performing the full skit featured on tonight's BGT:
