Liz Hurley is piloting a new comedy for America’s CBS network.

The British star will play the title role in the show, Welcome To Georgia, as a woman asked to help look after her daughter’s toddler son – even though she doesn’t seem up to the job.

London-born Hannah Simone, best known as CeCe on the sitcom New Girl, plays Georgia’s daughter Penelope, and former Saturday Night Live cast member Taran Killam will be Penelope’s airline pilot husband Josh.

As reported by Deadline, the semi-autobiographical show has been created by Corinne Kingsbury, the woman behind the thriller series In The Dark, with her husband John Francis Daley and his writing partner Jonathan Goldstein. The pair previously wrote  Spider-Man: Homecoming
