Comic joins the roster of guest hosts

Jenny Eclair is to guest host the next edition of Just A Minute.

The comic  will be in the chair for the edition of the long-running Radio 4 show to be recorded next Wednesday.

In December, the BBC revealed that the show would be fronted by a series of guest hosts when it returns for an 86th series later this month.

Eclair- who has been a panellist more than 60 times -joins the previously announced roster of Paul Merton, Gyles Brandreth, Lucy Porter, Stephen Fry, Jo Brand and Nish Kumar.

Nicholas Parsons, who chaired the programme from its inception in 1967 until 2019 died on January 28 last year at the age of 96.
