Bill Bailey's Limboland to be released on DVD

Three years after live tour started

Bill Bailey's stand-up show Limboland is coming to DVD - almost three years after he started performing it.

Recorded at the Hammersmith Apollo in West London, the show will also be available as a digital download when it is released on November 26.

The comedy comes from the gap between how we imagine our lives to be and how they really are, as Bailey recounts his globetrotting adventures, including a disastrous family trip to Norway to see the Northern Lights. Music includes Bailey's version of the protest song, a heart-rending country and western ballad played on a Bible and a downbeat version of Happy Birthday.

Limboland kicked off in London's Vaudeville Theatre in December 2015 and returned to the West End for a second run as part of a world tour that took in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as the UK.
