Frankie Boyle's New World Order to return
Frankie Boyle’s New World Order is to return for a second series.
Five new episodes are to be taped for BBC Two in May and June.
Following on from his iPlayer-only Autopsy shows, the original series of four episodes ran in June and July last year, with an end-of-year review in December.
In the first series, Sara Pascoe and Katherine Ryan featured as weekly guests, with two other comedians, writers or journalists joining the panel each week. The show launched with an audience of 713,000 tuning in at 10pm on a Friday night.
Free audience tickets are available for the new episodes, which will be taped at London’s Hospital Club.
Producers at Zeppotron say: ‘We are looking for groups of politically aware individuals who enjoy Frankie Boyle’s brilliant stand-up as well as humorous discussion and debate analysing the week’s news.’
