What Now? launches at Glasgow Comedy Festival

Bridget Christie has announced a 2018 tour of her new show, What Now?

In it, she discusses finding a more enjoyable way of life away from Brexit, Donald Trump and the threats of nuclear war and environmental meltdown.

A total of 19 dates have been announced, kicking off at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival in March.

They will come on the back of her new Radio 4 series, Bridget Christie’s Utopia, which will be broadcast in the 6.30pm slot from  February.

What Now? her her first show since her Brexit-based Because You Demand It, which was named best show at this year's Chortle Awards and sold out 21 nights at Leicester Square Theatre as part of a UK tour.

Also this year, Christie became the first British female comic to have a stand-up special on Netflix, with Stand-Up For Her, a non-trademark infringing version of her Edinburgh Comedy Award-winning show A Bic For Her.
