With Simpsons writers

Amy Poehler is joining forces with Simpsons veterans Mike Scully and Julie Thacker Scully to create a new animated comedy. 

The Fox network has ordered a script of the untitled project, which revolves around 15-year-old Duncan Harris, an average kid who dreams of having well-paid, unconventional job such as UFC fighter, tech billionaire or video game champ.

Parks and Recreation star Poehler also is attached to voice multiple characters, Hollywood trade website Deadline reports.

She and the husband-and-wife team from the Simpsons are all executive producers on the show, which is to be made by Poehler’s Paper Kite production company.
