More British comics added to Montreal's Just For Laughs
Filming sets for Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud
A host of British comedians have been added to the Just For Laughs comedy festival in Montreal next week.
The acts have all been invited over to film stand-up sets for Kevin Hart’s new digital comedy network Laugh Out Loud.
The British acts taking part are: Seann Walsh, Dane Baptiste, Funmbi Omotayo (pictured), Nathan Caton and Tez Ilyas
London-based Canadian Bobby Mair, deadpan American Todd Barry, South Africa’s Loyiso Gola and Australian Matt Okine are also among those appearing.
The Laugh Out Loud shows will be recorded from Wednesday to Saturday next week – and the service will launch in the US in August.
Daliso Chaponda has also been added to the line-up, taping a high-profile televised gala hosted by Sugar Sammy.
As previously announced, Walsh will taking part in the Brit(ish) showcase at Just For Laughs alongside Sarah Millican, Gina Yashere, Aisling Bea, Joe Lycett and James Acaster. Katherine Ryan and Jimmy Carr are also appearing at the festival
