Tim Heidecker to make his UK debut

Cult comedy star heads to London

American comic Tim Heidecker – best known as being half of the cult double act Tim & Eric – is to make his UK debut next month.

And although he won't be with his usual comedy partner Eric Wareham, he will be performing a double-handed with Neil Hamburger.

As well as the TCV show Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!, Heidecker has appeared in several films, including Bridesmaids and Fantastic Four.

He currently co-hosts the spoof film review web series On Cinema At The Cinema alongside Hamburger's creator Gregg Turkington on Adult Swim.

Heidecker also co-wrote the 2015 indie move Entertainment with Turkington, which featured the washed-up Hamburger character (Review).

The pair will be at the Soho Theatre in London from August 21 to September 2, then Gorilla in Manchester  on September 3. The London run also includes two screenings of On Cinema At The Cinema introduced by the pair, on August 28 and the last afternoon.
