HBO doesn't quite seem sure....

Curb Your Enthusiasm is to return after its six-year break in October, HBO has announced.

But in the sort of bungle that would be likely to drive the fictional Larry David insane, the broadcaster confusingly announced two separate dates at once.

A teaser video for the ninth season – with the slogan 'He Left. He Did Nothing. He Returned' – correctly says the premiere will be on Sunday October 1.

But in the blurb underneath the YouTube video, HBO mistakenly said that the show is was coming back on October 10.

Jeff Garlin, Susie Essman and JB Smoove are all returning for then new run of ten episodes.

Meanwhile, it has also been announced today that season 4 of Bojack Horeseman will land on Netflix on September 8.
