Jon Culshaw announces tour

Dead Ringers star joined by producer Bill Dare

Dead Ringers impressionist Jon Culshaw has announced an autumn tour, accompanied by comedy producer Bill Dare.

Fourteen dates of The Great British Take Off have been announced following preview run earlier in the year.

The night promise unrehearsed comedy as the audience help choose which celebrities appear and what direction the show takes.

But there are also autobiographical elements as Culshaw shares stories of characters from his childhood in Lancashire, his early career, making programmes and on the celebrity circuit.

He is joined by Dare, who created the Radio 4 impressions show Dead Ringers and has a long string of production credit, including eight series of Spitting Image.

The Great British Take Off tour kicks off in London on September 2 and ends in Harpenden on November 20. Tickets are on general sale now.
