Four new episodes to come

Radio 4 has ordered a second series of The John Moloney Show.

The stand-up is to make four new 15-minute programmes, although the broadcast date is not known.

Like the first series, which aired in May and June last year, the show will combine elements of sitcom and live performance

Moloney said: ‘I'm delighted that the lovely people at Radio 4 has given me a second series.  

‘Series One was such fun, and I'm looking forward to working again with Richard Melvin at Dabster Productions - one of the best comedy producers in the business.’
