Student award: Who's your Lincoln favourite?

And more winners announced...

Polls have now opened for the People's Choice award for the Lincoln heat of the Chortle Student Comedy Award.

Oxford University student Adam Mastroianni won't the show on Monday night with this set:

He goes through to the semi-final automatically. Now it's time for you to have your say as to who will go forward for the People's Choice place from this heat.

The winner of this poll – which closes at 10am on Sunday – will join the People's Choice winners from the other heats for another online run-off for two more places in the semi finals.

Already through are Chris Riley, previously voted the best runner-up in the Glasgow heat, and Cody Dahler, who we can today reveal won the vote from the St Andrew's heat in a very close-run contest, winning by just five of the 643 votes cast.

On Wednesday, Roya Shadmand, a third year English Literature student from Kingston won the heat in London based on the hang-ups inherited from her Iranian heridate; and last night surreal Lizzy Mansfield, a newcomer to comedy from Somerville College, triumphed in Oxford.

Other previous heat winners, directly through to the semi-final are Hannah Rodgers (St Andrews) and James McIntosh (Glasgow)
