David Baddiel's Radio 4 panel show Don't Make Me Laugh has been commissioned for a second series. Previous guests have included Frank Skinner, Nick Hancock and Jason Manford. The premise is that the panelists have to try NOT to get laughs. See our Free tickets page to be in the audience.

THE FOOTBALL RAMBLE, a UK podcast co-hosted by comedian James Campbell, has been picked up by American satellite radio broadcaster SiriusXM. Two shows a week, one on Tuesday and one on Thursday, will be produced for the network to air from 1pm Eastern Time tomorrow. Co-host Luke Moore, said: 'This is a fantastic opportunity for us. Football in the US is growing in popularity every day.'

CATHERINE TATE has been added to the cast of the BBC One adaptation of David Walliams' book, Billionaire Boy, to air this Christmas. The comic actress, who previously starred alongside Walliams in Big School, will play Sapphire Diamond, a fortysomething hand model who still likes to pretend she's 21 and is dating the billionaire Len, to be played by John Thomson, for his money.
