WTF: Weekly Trivia File

•'I feel like I've been misogynistic for years and no-one's noticed until now' Jim Jefferies.

• David Cameron reportedly serenaded the studio audience of last night's pre-election TV showdown with a rendition of Benny Hill's Ernie (The Fastest Milkman In The West). Business Insider reports that the Prime Minister launched into a few lines of the 1971 chart-topper during an ad break after telling Kay Burley that he sung it in the shower. He'd previously confessed a fondness for the novelty song when he appeared on Desert Island Discs.

• We didn't get where we are today by not showing you classic sitcom locations being demolished… 32-36 Telford Way in Acton, West London has been torn down this week. The address might not mean much but it was used for the external shots of Sunshine Desserts, Reggie Perrin's much-despised workplace in The Fall & Rise of Reginald Perrin. Ben Riddle took these photos which have been made into a video montage as the building, on an industrial estate, was demolished to make way for more modern structures.

Russell Brand has become a cafe owner. He opened the Trew Era Cafe in Hackney, East London, yesterday, on an estate where he had previously campaigned to save residents from eviction. The cafe will be run by recovering drug addicts and funded with profits from Brand's latest book, Revolution.

• A Toast Of London fan has had a cartoon version of Matt Berry's alter-ego tattooed on to his leg. Rapper Alex Lusty posted the results on Twitter yesterday:

• Matt Berry is also in the new SpongeBob, voicing a magic space dolphin called Bubbles.

• Student Zubair Nur – who is feared to have abandoned his studies at Royal Holloway University Of London to join Islamic State in Syria – says on his Facebook page that he is a fan of Michael McIntyre.

• Cock-up or clever PRing? The BBC sent out an invitation to journalists to attend a screening of the new series of W1A on Tuesday April 2 under the guides of coming from the Corporation-set comedy's fictional, gaffe-prone 'head of values' Ian Fletcher. A few hours later a follow-up email was sent out after someone somewhere realised that April 2 was not a Tuesday: 'For the avoidance of doubt, the screening will be on Thursday 2nd April 2015.' it said. 'Syncopatico [the IT system in the series] has not been syncing correctly of late, so nothing changes there. Regards, Ian.'

Barry Humphries says he has a kind of out-of-body experience whenever he adopts the person of Dame Edna Everage. He says 'Every now and then she says something extremely funny and I stand there and think: "I wish I'd thought of that".'

• Tweets of the week
Jon Macqueen (@jonmacqueen): "I told you I was III" - Richard III's gravestone.
Juliet Meyers (@julietmeyers): Clarkson has such a messiah complex, he probably thinks he'll be back on Top Gear at Easter.
