Michael McIntyre is to host an Easter entertainment special for BBC One. The primetime show Michael McIntyre Presents... Easter Night At The Coliseum will be recored at London's largest theatre on Sunday March 29 and promises 'comedians, music superstars and jaw-dropping speciality acts'. BIG BANG THEORY has paid tribute to Star Trek actor Leonard Nimoy, who died a week ago at the age of 83. The closing caption of this week's episode showed a picture of the actor – who once guest-starred on the sitcom – with the caption: 'The impact you had on our show and on our lives is everlasting.'

CLASSICS student Eitan Badouk Epstein won the Bristol heat of the Chortle Student Comedy Award last night with his character Klaus. He follows on from Bennett Kavanagh who won in Leeds the previous night. The next heat is in Liverpool Guild of Students on Monday. Here is Klaus:
