New series for 2015

Radio 4 have signed Andrew Lawrence for a new stand-up series.

Four half-hour episodes of There Is No Escape, based on his last tour, have been commissioned and are expected to air in autumn 2015.

The series will be produced by Jane Berthoud, the BBC’s head of radio comedy.

Lawrence previously fronted a six-part series for Radio 4, How Did We End Up Like This?, which was first broadcast in 2012.

He is also about to tour his latest show Reasons To Kill Yourself following its debut at the Edinburgh Fringe. Schedule.
