'He still has a long way to go'

30 Rock star Tracy Morgan has been released from hospital and into a rehab centre following his terrible road crash.

But his spokesman said: 'While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go.'

Publicist Lewis Kay: 'He and [fiancee] Megan wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him.'

His release comes almost two weeks after he was seriously injured in a highway crash that left fellow comic Jimmy Mack dead.

Truck driver Kevin Roper has been charged with McNair's death and four counts of assault by auto, but plead not guilty to all charges. Earlier this week investigators released their preliminary report into the accident, which stated that Roper was speeding at the time. It can be read in full here.
