You Can't Say That features trick questions

Tim Vine is piloting a new TV quiz show, called You Can’t Say That.

The show is being made by Hat Trick, who also produce Have I Got News For You.

Described as ‘a funny and original take on the quiz show’, the format involves sneaking in some trick questions among the real ones. If the contestants can spot them, they could win thousands of pounds.

It is not yet known what broadcaster may be interested in the show, but two pilots will be recorded in front of a London studio audience later this month. See our free tickets page to watch it being taped.

Vine, who has recently left the Lee Mack sitcom Not Going Out and joined the cast of Blandings, previously hosted the game show Whittle on Channel 5 in 1997-8.
