First Fringe 2014 tickets on sale now

It keeps getting earlier...

Tickets for the first shows at next year's Edinburgh Fringe have gone on sale, earlier than ever before.

Stand-ups Daniel Sloss, pictured, and Jimeoin have confirmed their 2014 festival shows at Venue 150 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, and opened the box office today.

Sloss has even announced 'extra shows' – a phrase most normally associated with shows that sell out during Fringe – as he'll be doing two shows a night at weekend.

His show is called Really...?! while Jimeoin's is the similarly punctuated Is It...?! Tickets for both shows are priced up to £19.25 and available via Ticketweb.

Next year's Fringe runs from August 1 to 25. Official registration for shows wanting to take part does not usually open until January, with he deadline to be in the printed programme in early April.
