McIntyre still tops DVD chart

Outselling Mrs Brown

Michael McIntyre has held on to his position at the top of the stand-up DVD chart.

For the second week running, his Showtime performance outsold the live Mrs Brown’s Boys title, Good Mourning Mrs Brown, which previously topped the charts.

In the overall chart, including films, they are at No 7 and 8 respectively.

It has also been a good week for John Bishop’s sakes - he’s risen from No 5 to No 3 in the stand-up chart... and up nine places in the combined chart to No 17.

Ton Richardson slipped out of the comedy top ten to be replaced by Dara O Briain

This week’s bestsellers, according to the Official UK Charts Company, are:

  1. Michael McIntyre: Showtime (1)
  2. Mrs Brown Live: Good Mourning Mrs Brown (2)
  3. John Bishop: Rollercoaster (5)
  4. Peter Kay: Live & Back On Nights (3)
