Julian Clary was last night crowned the winner of this year’s Celebrity Big Brother.
On the last night of the Channel Five show, he outstayed Coleen Nolan, Martin Kemp, Ashley McKenzie, The Situation and MC Harvey.
As he emerged from the house, he told host Brian Dowling: ‘I've never won anything in my life, what will my mother say?
‘I want to say thank you, you've made a 53-year-old homosexual very happy.’
Talking about his time in the house to Brian, Julian told how the experience was an emotional rollercoaster.
And he also apologised for not being quite as outlandish as viewers may have hoped, saying: ‘You can't keep up the eccentric all the time, you need to preserve your strength, I apologise for not being constantly filthy.’
Although he did say: ‘'It's a strange feeling when you're about to be imminently ejaculated from the house.’
He also managed to plug his forthcoming tour dates, saying: ‘I'm going on tour very soon, that will be a constant stream of filth, I guarantee.’
Here are the dates for that tour.
