Jimmy Carr gets put in a Museum

Jimmy Carr is to be the new co-host of Radio 4's Museum of Curiosity.

He will become the fifth 'curator' on the panel show in as many series, following on from Bill Bailey, Sean Lock, Jon Richardson and Dave Gorman.

QI creator John Lloyd will again be the 'professor' who owns the titular museum when the show returns in October.

Dan Schreiber, who co-produces the show, said: 'Jimmy was a guest on our last series and was absolutely brilliant. He's going to be an awesome curator.'
