After West End run ends next month

Graham Linehan’s stage adaptation of The Ladykillers is to go on tour this autumn.

The West End production of the play – which stars Peter Capaldi, Ben Miller and Marcia Wallace, among others – will close at the Guilgud Theatre on April 14.

The tour will then launch on September 14 at Theatre Royal Plymouth before visiting Canterbury, Sheffield, Birmingham, Southampton, Cambridge, Nottingham, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Malvern and Bath.

Further dates for 2013,including an expected visit to Ireland, will be added later. Casting has not yet been announced.
