Guests for revamped series named

The guests for the reboot of Room 101 have been revealed.

Frank Skinner will host the revamped show, which has dumped the one-on-one interview about pet hates for a panel show format.

Among those taking part in the new series are Sarah Millican, Micky Flanagan, David O’Doherty and Alice Cooper.

This is the 12th series of the show since 1994 – but it hasn’t been on air since 2007.

Skinner said: ‘It’s recently become clear to me that people are at their most articulate and passionate when slagging stuff off. That’s the last time I type my name into Google.

‘Still, that bodes well for the new, revamped series of Room 101. I’m really looking forward to hearing my guests wax lyrical about the people and things they hate most.’

The guests for the new run are:

January 20: Danny Baker, Fern Britton, Robert Webb

January 27: Gregg Wallace, Gabby Logan, Sarah Millican

February 3: Chris Packham, Chris Tarrant, Alice Cooper

February 10: Ross Noble, Jamelia, Germaine Greer

February 17: Alistair McGowan, Hilary Devey, Josh Groban

February 24: Nick Hewer, Carol Vorderman, Rhod Gilbert

March 2: Larry Lamb, Lauren Laverne, David O'Doherty

March 9: John Prescott, Micky Flanagan, Rebecca Front
