Chris Lilley to make UK debut

...but you have to be on O2 to go

Angry Boys and Summer Heights High creator Chris Lilley is playing his first ever British gig next week – but you have to be on the right phone network to be able to watch it.

The Australian comic will be performing as S.mouse, the US rapper character he created for Angry Boys, at the O2 Academy in Islington, North London.

Supported by DJ Danthony, Lilley will be performing tracks including Slap My Elbow, Animal Zoo and Poo On You as well as screening unseen material from the BBC Three show.

The show on September 7 is free – but only open to O2 customers.

Head of brand Shadi Halliwell said: ‘This is a money-can’t-buy experience, which we’re really pleased to be able to offer to our customers Angry Boys has rapidly built up a cult following in the UK and Chris is one of the hottest comedy talents around, so this is going to be a very special event.’
