Kids: Stay away from Russell

Warning to ticket-holders

Youngsters have been warned to stay away from Russell Brand.

Under-18s hoping to see him at London’s O2 Arena in April have been told they will not be let into the venue.

Perhaps wary of another scandal, promoters have taken the unusual step of warning those who have already bought tickets that the show is for adults only – and say that checks will be made on the door.

Fans who brought tickets to the April 17 Scandalous show through Ticketmaster have been sent an email saying: ‘Please note, this event has a strict age limit, only those aged 18 and over will gain admittance. You may be asked for proof of age on arrival at the venue.’

The O2 website also warns: ‘Please note that this show is strictly over 18s only. Admission will not be permitted to anybody under this age.’
