Radio pilot for Munnery

Recording next month

Simon Munnery is to record a pilot stand-up show for Radio 4.

The idea is that Munnery, creator of the League Against Tedium and Alan Parker: Urban Warrior, will tackle a different topic each week, mixing music and guests with his comedy.

Fellow stand-up Reginald D Hunter will feature in the pilot episode, to be recorded in London next month.

Simon Says will also include a question-and-answer section from the audience, so those attending the first recording are being asked to come armed with thoughts or problems about relationships for the comics to deal with. Visit our free tickets page for details of how to attend the recording.

Munnery’s last Radio 4 series was Where Did It All Go Wrong? in 2003 and 2005 and he is a regular on London’s alternative arty station, Resonance FM.
