Murray to tour again
Al Murray has announced his fourth national tour – starting in February 2009.More than 65,000 tickets have gone on sale for the 32 dates so far unveiled in The Pub Landlord’s Beautiful British Tour.
But the ITV1 star is likely to add more gigs – all three of his previous tours have been extended, and no London venues are included in today’s schedule.
The tour as announced kicks off in Liverpool on February 22 and ends in Glasgow on April 17.
Murray has recently completed the second series of his ITV1 chat show Al Murray’s Happy Hour. And his last DVD, recorded live DVD at the London Palladium, sold more than 190,000 copies.
