The programme, Al Murray’s Multiple Personality Disorder, features a raft of new creations including:

  • Barrington Blowtorch, the silver-tongued gentleman thief
  • Otto Schwul, the ‘flamboyant’ Nazi
  • Bill Preston, the dodgy builder
  • Stag party maestro The Ledge
  • Prurient Dad.

The supporting cast include; Rebecca Front, who appeared opposite Murray in Sky One’s Time Gentlemen Please, plus three acts known on the live character circuit: Simon Brodkin, Colin Hoult and Katy Wix.

A pilot episode is being recorded in Teddington Studios on December 16, with hopes it will lead to a full series.
