The new programme, whose title has not yet been revealed, will cast the same comic glance over topical affairs as TV Burp does over the week’s viewing.
A pilot episode is being made at Teddington Studios later this month, and the free tickets to the recording were all snapped up within hours of it being announced.
The blurb on TVrecordings.com announcing the show said: ‘It\'s going to be so up to the minute that we can\'t even tell you everything that is going to be in it. This show is going to be massive.’
Meanwhile, Hill is also directing a short film, She’s Not Dead, which he also wrote. It stars One Foot In The Grave’s Annette Crosby and Jeremy Lion star Justin Edwards.
