Big Cook Little Cook stars Dan Wright and Steve Marsh – who perform on the comedy circuit as Electric Forecast – are to venture into adult programmes.

The duo have been signed up to present a pilot show for Five in which they introduce a collection of short homemade films and viral advertisements distributed over the internet.

The hour-long show, made by independent production house Square Donkey, has been scheduled for an 11pm slot early in the autumn, trade magazine Broadcast reports.

The pair are also set to front another Five show called Celebrities Uncensored later in the summer.

And they have been filming a Sky One show,  I'm a Crash Test Dummy, in which they test items from bullet-proof sunglasses to chainsaws to destruction.
