We have invested in new database technology to make the site even easier to use, with a number of significant improvements, including:

Search by comedian

Now you can find out when your favourite act is playing near you, with our detailed search box

Live listings

Previously listings were compiled manually. Now, as soon as they’re in our system, visitors will be able to see them, meaning the listings are bang up-to-day

Listings further ahead

Similarly, our previous listings stretched about four week ahead. Now, we have easily searchable details of gigs months in advance

Smaller geographic areas

By splitting large areas into smaller ones, it will be easier to find comedy shows closer to home.

This is the first – and most significant – of a number of changes we’re planning to the site to ensure the best comedy scene in the world gets the website it deserves. Keep watching this space….
