Dumping on Blair's doorstep

Mark Thomas has dumped seven sacks of shit outside Labour Party headquarters in protest over a war on Iraq.

He was among five anti-war protesters who pulled up outside the party's Westminster offices on Wednesday morning and started heaping manure on the steps.

He told TV reporters: "This is what the people of Britain think of the second UN resolution, which despite the government's claims, does not specifically call for war on Iraq."

The group then fled as police arrived.
