Lily Savage creator Paul O'Grady is to 'meet' his heroine Bette Davis in a one-off ITV show.

The programme is based on the adverts for One2One mobile phones, in which celebrities talked about who they would most like to have a conversation with.

Similarly, the new show - called Live Forever - will uses a mix of new and archive footage.

The programme, ordered by ITV controller of news and current affairs Steve Anderson, is likely to air this spring or summer, TV industry magazine Broadcast reports.
