Omid Djalili has announced two full-length shows at London's Bloomsbury Theatre.

The Iranian stand-up is to perform 90-minute solo sets at the theatre on Friday September 28 and Saturday September 29.

Djalili, who is currently appearing in the Channel 4 comedy Small Potatoes opposite Tommy Tiernan, has also featured in a raft of Hollywood blockbusters, including Gladiator, The Mummy and the Bond Film The World Is Not Enough. His latest movie, Spy Game, which stars Brad Pitt, is due for release later this year.

He is also the current holder of the Time Out award for best stand-up and has performed in Australia, Austria, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
