Wes Packer is bloody marvellous. He is about as near the knuckle as I would dare to have at my venue but his material and delivery are amazing. Holds your attention and justifies your patience with killer pay offs. Brilliant!

Wes was first on at the Courtyard Hereford (Feb 2nd). Apparently hasn't been working long but he put in a good gig. Has a good routine now which if he can bolster up a bit he will be very good. Definitely could be one for the future in my opinion.

Have seen wes a few times now, had some good gigs and some poor ones but I believe he will shine in 2006 as he has self belief, the ability to interact at all levels and has some great material delivered in an honest and committed fashion. When he's good he's brilliant, and he's still relatively new to the game as well, bastard!

Best new act I've seen in a long time. The fact he won SYTYF has reaffirmed my faith in such competitions. Brilliant intense, heart on the sleeve underdog act. Reccomended
