Can see how with the wrong audience he might not cope but he was excellent when I saw him this month. Funnier in his second language than the other acts were in their first!

Mmm, Tomi died an awfully embarrassing death at Gloucester earlier this month. When a comic replies to shouts of "Get off!!" (not from me I hasten to add - I just sat there with my head in my hands) by stating that he has a specific duration he must be onstage to fulfill his obligation to the club then you really do know he's lost it. Hope he regains it but I will avoid another Tomi night for sure.

Had the pleasure of working with this guy last saturday @ Tatt' Castle to an audience who mostly came to see Terry Alderton. I did ok but Tomi gave the stand out performance of the night. The fact he did so well to an audience who were waiting to see an act the antihesis of Tomi is testimony to this guy's excellent well written razor sharp jokes and an infinitely likeable stage manner. Haven't posted on this for 3 years. Felt he was worth coming out of retirement for. What ever "it" is he has... in spades

Great material and great delivery. Deadpan suits this fellow.

When I first saw Tomi I thought he was as wooden as the Pinocchio. However since then a Blue Fairy has rescued him and turned him into a real persona who has acquired a deeper understanding of himself, making it excellent.

Totally disagree with this review, Tomi has an excellent stage pressence, sure it looks a little uncomfortable but that adds to the humour, The one liners are brilliant and well constructed, He needs to improve with audience interaction but he is very new (less than a year over here i think) Go and see him... and you to will think this review is wrong
