Saw Tommy in Athlone and Ennis recently and I have to say I fail to see why he gets so many plaudits heaped on him.his act is a series of self indulgent rants that may be interesting to him but fail to register on the funnymeter.Someone. hould tell him that rallying against the Catholic Church in Ireland is sooo tired and redundant.A performer well past his sell by date and so totally wrapped up in his own head, he has forgotten the vital ingredient be funny.

Just saw Tommy in NY and wish the guy makes us a permanent stop - he is great.

Have only seen Tommy twice - both times in NY. He is the ultimate in comedy. Now I know what it means to fall out of your seat laughing.

Went to see Tommy's show a while back and it was pure legend. His ability to interwine real life situations into humorous tales is amazing, well worth the cost of the ticket. The piece on the lonely homeless drunk seeing other fellas almost made me fall to the floor. Every line of his video is stored safely in my brain for times of uncomfortable silences. Pure enjoyment of the highest class.
