Saved the night at the Three Elms in Hereford on 27/10/07. Very very good. Would travel to see Rob. Quality.

I saw Rob in Edinburgh, where i saw headliners such as Jimmy Carr, Frankie Boyle, Andy Parsons, and Brendon Burns. Rob was by far the best! 5*****! Loved it of Phil Nichol's 'IF'nomination. Noone could have worked harder or deserved this more than he. I hope he gets the big prize.

As the compere he was better than the other 3 comedians put together in Liverpool at the Royal Court. Realy funny and not too rude or foul mouthed
Anthony Addis - 27/11/2005
Saw him in Brighton, where he did a very funny Friends Reunited routine.
Mark - 20/09/2005
Really, really funny man
Ki - 07/07/2005
Saw Rob in Maidstone recently. Very funny and great with some odd hecklers! Hope to see him again soon
Mike McGurk - 22/04/2005
Drab and offensive , I think the disabled (not the terms he used) jokes should be put in the bin. Remind me what year is this?
Gemma Kernan - 10/11/2004
Saw Rob at Keele University, thought is act was top. It's also good to see a Manx comedian out there. We need some representing in the world of comedy. Very likeable and genuine sort of a fellow.

Absolutely fantastic. Excellent with hecklers, a razor sharp wit that is phenomenal.
Bracknell - 28/09/2004
Same old, same old - the man needs some new jokes as the old ones are wearing thin
Marina - 28/09/2004
There's only one word for Heeney - Predictable. Get some new gags.
Sandra - 07/08/2004
Seen Rob at Lee Hurst's comedy club, he was so funny and quick witted (especially with the crap and very unfunny heckler called Keith!)
Joolz - 26/03/2004
Excellent compere and his own spots were as good as anyhting on the bill. very quick, great ad-libs and generally makes you have a good time.
Jason Holdcroft - 25/01/2004
Guildford Comedy Club hasn't been the same since this marvellous compere left, but he definitely deserves to go on to bigger things.

I've seen Rob Heeney a few times over the last couple of years and he is truly blossoming! He clearly enjoys and respects his vocation and this results in a wonderful night for all of us! If all you want is knob gags - look the other way. This man stimulates the frontal lobes of men and women with warmth, charm and some serious wit. (OK, there is one knob gag, but it's really f##king funny) Definitely worth seeing, and relaxing, and enjoying!

I had the pleasure of catching Rob at Bracknell. He mesmerized the room with his quick wit and charisma. His local knowledge was the cherry... I'd recommend seeing him if you enjoy smart comedy.
Dave - 02/05/2003
Seen him a couple of times. Heeney is predictable and totally unfunny. He doesn't have the charm to carry that type of audience-baiting material, which is poor to boot.
Adam Franklin - 14/04/2003
Rob had a stormer at the Laughterhouse in Liverpool, very perceptive, he knew how far he could go with the crowd and seemed to revel in letting the them think it had one over on him, only to pull it back and then up to another level, Very Very good.
Lloydy - 05/09/2002
A real natural and likeable fellow, Oh and funny as well.
Clare - 26/05/2002
He was very funny - he touched places no man has done before.
Lynda - 15/04/2002
Rob is the funniest man I have ever seen. I really hope I see him again. Thanks for a great night in Dublin, Rob.
Lynda P - 15/04/2002
What can I say? A night to remember for a long time to come - put a smile on my face in more ways than one.
Patrick Haveron - 05/03/2002
Rob Heeney has consistantly delivered very funny, engaging and topical material during his residency at The Electric Theatre Guildford in 2002. Confident, warm and energetic, Rob is a quickwitted and friendly compere.
Ricky - 05/03/2002
I have seen Rob Heeney several times at Ealing and I think he is fantastic!
Steve Clark - 05/03/2002
I've seen Rob lots of times and he has always been very good.
Chris - 27/02/2002
Heeney is about as funny as a rusty nail hammered through your penis - poor material, poorly delivered by a poor excuse for a comedian. How he continues to get work in this field bewilders me.
Geoff Taylor - 12/02/2002
I saw Rob compere at Liverpool Uni. He was great with the crowd, relaxed and funny. He was also really friendly to me as the open slot. Nice guy, and pretty funny with it.
