Bland, unfunny, uninspired, and bringing nothing new whatsoever to the comedy table Renton, September 2006 |

I'm a little surprised that there are such divergent comments here. I've seen Nat Coombs a few times and never known him to be anything less than a a smooth, fast-talking, witty performer. I'm sure a TV presenter job does beckon, but that doesn't mean he isn't good at what he does - which is being funny. Bobby E, February 2006 |

Fast talking, hard hitting and impressive but still an act firmly in development. Yet judging by his increasing TV presence, clearly developing in the right direction. Keep an eye on him. The Game 10.01.05 The Game, January 2005 |

Shamelessly appalling. The only way this opportunistic comedy chancer will ever get on TV is as a presenter on the QVC channel, where his plastic personality would be perfect for flogging fake stuff pretending to be vaguely valuable. Alex 07.01.05 Alex, January 2005 |

I imagine he is someone you love or you hate. Personally I rate him, seen his act twice and liked it both times, he wipes the floor with the rest of the tired acts on the circuit. Oz 05.01.05 Oz, January 2005 |

Nat Coombs does not have funny bones. His material is fairly standard and he could be a moderate circuit act. He has been going long enough to prove that he is not destined for greatness, but can be good on his day. Hamish 04.01.05 Hamish, January 2005 |
|
I saw him as a member of a panel on some no-mark Big Brother spin-off. He fluffed his first line and then spent the rest of the time trying to be bitingly satirical about something that is beyond even parody. About as funny as a bout of haemorrhoids. Keith 04.01.05 Keith, January 2005 |

Nat is a more than able comic, whom I have seen perform admirably on countless occasions. He has great stage presence and charisma - like a lion with freshly combed hair. Some of the comments on this board leave me somewhat dumbstruck and disappointed about the unabashed malice that exists in these comedy circles, especially towards someone who has only been going for a couple of years. Anyone would think he was a gay. PS. Kill everyone! Marek Larwood 09.12.04 Marek Larwood, December 2004 |
