Musical comedy with genuine melodic imagination and laugh out loud lyrics that don't pander to the button-pushing demographic. Let's be honest, in that genre that's a very welcome rarity.

If you love The Cheeky Girls you'll hate them. But if you love comedy.... you'll laugh till it hurts.

Have Seen Mundo Jazz loads of times & are great. The best night was at The Liverpool Comedy Festival in 2008 where they did a full set of around 1-2 hours. It was well worth the journey as I live in Gt Manchester

These guys have a residency at de bees music bar in Winsford Cheshire, and I can guarantee to anybody that is considering seeking them out that they will not be disappointed. Manic satirical mayhem!

Brilliantly different and hilarious. Bought last minute tickets for their performance at The Stables in Milton Keynes (Cleo Laine and Johnny Dankworth's place). Never heard of them, didn't know what to expect, sat on the front row, and became extensions of the show. Haven't laughed out loud so much in yonks. What's wrong with their website though, I can't get it to open properly. Can anyone else?

Fan-bloody-tastic! His parody/song of Quincy and his improvisation was just the best. Haven't laughed so much in ages. A definite must see!

Mundo headlined my comedy night 'Laugh Out Loud at Artisan (Rawtenstall). Best Headline act so far. Book them, go and watch them, buy the T-shirt. Great show

If you don't enjoy the meandering, you're not getting it. And his backing band are amazing.

This man is a giant. I look up to him. Mainly because I am on the floor laughing.

Mundo Jazz rocks!

Dan, and Mundo Jazz, would be a brilliant and inventive end to any bill. One of the most creative acts I've ever seen, Dan's alter ego Juanpablo Colon, had our audience screaming for an encore even without his backing band. Dan's improvised songs brilliantly involved the audience and his endearingly naive and hypocritical character only served to enhance his finely crafted jokes.

Very funny.

Saw him at Wychwood Festival - he followed two comics who had barely raised a laugh between them and in seconds he had the audience in fits of laughter. Two encores - what more can I say...
Moonshine - 06/06/2006
Loved him to bits
Dave Longley - 29/04/2005
Funny, funny, funny. Best third world debt gag ever, great character, well paced, well performed.
Dave Stringer - 05/01/2005
I saw him giving a comedy 'masterclass' at the BBC's TV Centre and he was truly appaling - pointless tangents abounded
Wayne Williams - 22/01/2004
Mundo Jazz is great. Nuff said

Dan brought this act back at the Kings Head (Crouch End, North London) to strong applause. By far the best act of the evening. This is great character comedy that makes your average 'observational' seem dreary
Mark - 01/08/2003
Saw him at the Buzz in Manchester. One of the best comics I have seen in a long time.
Andy - 27/09/2002
Saw him in June 2000 Downstairs at the King's Head Crouch End, N8 where he brought the house down. He very cleverly destroyed a smart-arse heckler who wouldn't shut up.
Paul - 20/03/2002
Saw him in Edinburgh 2001 and thought the extended set worked very well 'cos you had a chance to get into the character. He was excellent.Laughed loads
