Biography

Now best known for his role as Dr Martin Dear in Channel 4's Green Wing, Karl Theobald first came to prominence as a stand-up, starring in The Comedy Zone at the Edinburgh festival as well as hosting his own comedy club. He was also part of the writing team on the Bafta-winning The Sketch Show.

This review is out of date. Even at Edinburgh last year, four months after the review, Karl showed great improvement. It is well known how quickly newercomics with potential learn and grow- and this guy is on fire with potential. He's really funny!
